However, we continue to wait for Microsoft to release any official statements. There is also a high chance that the game might be announced via The Game Awards, being held on December 8th. It is rumored that the ports will support 4K resolution and 3-D audio. Previously, the game was released for Nintendo Switch and PC with over 11.2 million copies sold worldwide.  Monster Hunter Rise has received nothing but praise from critics, and its inclusion in Game Pass would be huge for the fans and the platform alike. Therefore, Game Pass subscribers are likely to enjoy the game even if it has been available on Switch for the last 1.5 years.  Watch for the Sunbreak expansion coming this spring if you’ve already played the main game. It won’t be until the 8th that we’ll know for sure if the game is finally released. Also, if the game is announced, please share your thoughts on the news and whether or not you believe it will receive the same level of success as it did on Nintendo and PC in the comments.
